With over three decades of hands-on leadership in complex, multi-sectoral projects—spanning oil and gas, public infrastructure, defense, and cybersecurity—I saw a consistent gap: many professionals struggled not because they lacked potential, but because they lacked access to practical knowledge and real-world-tested guidance.
After years of mentoring junior project managers and leading high-stakes initiatives globally, I felt it was time to give back in a more structured way.
